Intregal Works & Solutions Limited had to find a way to provide hospitals and health care professionals the ability to digitalize their records hence making it readily available.
The application consist of a web based portal that would run on the hospitals intranet and also a mobile portal that would enable doctors and health care officers have access to patient records on the move.
The portal would store patient records and all information necessary for that patient.With this system you can plug in a number services and API like a fingerprint system that would enable you know a patient without the patient tell you his/her name, all you will need to do is place the finger of the person on a fingerprint scanner and you get the patients medical history if you have access to this information.
The web based system would run on a regular desktop computer or laptop, from this you can access all other record storing and retrieval services.
